These items are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the products.
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, different or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
We may contact you to verify the damage or defect in the product before we issue refunds/replacements.

1. If you face any of the issues listed above, you must request a return within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to jphomemasalallc@gmail.com with an image of the damaged/expired product.
2. Please mention your order number in the email as well.
3. When the product returns to JP Home, it will be checked and verified for the claimed damages. On acceptance of the complaint, we will refund the value of the product by account payee only.
